About Sahaja Meditation

Sahaja Meditation is a simple, time-honored technique. It helps reduce stress and increase wellness. It brings better focus and helps people become more centered and better balanced. Anyone can do it. It’s also free.

Meditation is often defined as taking a moment to sit quietly or to ponder. True meditation, however is much more than this. It is state of profound, deep peace that occurs when the mind is calm and silent, yet completely alert. This is just the beginning of an inner transformation that takes us to a higher level of awareness. This enables us to fulfill our true human potential. The problem, of course, is how to achieve this state.

Within every human being there is a subtle system of three channels and seven energy centers. At the root of this system lies a creative, protective and nurturing power which is a dormant, maternal energy. When this power is awakened within us, it rises spontaneously through the central channel. When awakened, it passes through each of the energy centers and emits from the fontanelle bone area on top of the head. This process is referred to as Self-realization. The energy can actually be felt on top of the head and on the palms of the hands. Any imbalances in the subtle system can be felt on various parts of each hand.

Sahaja Meditation provides simple techniques to awaken this energy and realize many benefits that it has in store for your health, well-being and inner peace. Through Sahaja meditation one can learn, not only how to diagnose and decode the state of one's own inner subtle system, but one can also learn very simple cleansing techniques to rebalance oneself.
